The output file of the "WRIMS Invasive Checker" (step 8) and the input file of the "PEMA Converter" service (step 9) of the ARMS Workflow within the Internal Joint Initiative. It is a CSV file with species information, a sort of OTU table, that checks on the known distribution of each species detected in the samples processed through this pipeline, whether they are alien to the location.
