Final output of the Crustaceans workflow that is the predictive map coming from the Trophic Position Modeler.
-
It is an intermediate file of the Crustaceans workflow that contains the trophic position of the invader identified in Step 1 (Crustaceans WoRMS Taxonomic Checker) of the Workflow.
-
Intermediate file of the Crustaceans workflow. It is the validated shapefile created starting from the SIAShapefile.shp.
-
Intermediate file of the Crustaceans workflow. It is the shapefile created starting from the Pop_troph_SIA.csv file.

This service aims at modeling trophic positions as a function of environmental drivers (e.g., through GAMs, etc.) by using the "Bioclim_predic.csv" file. It represents the final step (Step 5) of the Crustaceans Workflow within the Internal Joint Initiative.
-
A service that aims at calculating the trophic position of the consumer (i.e. invader) by using a Bayesian model and stable isotope data of one prey species used as a baseline. The service replaces the NA values of the consumer's trophic position within the column "trophicLevel” of the "SIA.csv” with the numeric value of the estimated trophic position within the output file "troph_SIA.csv". This service uses the R package tRrophicPosition v. 0.8 that is based on a powerful approach of Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations provided by JAGS and it represents Step 1 of the Crustaceans Workflow within the Internal Joint Initiative.

d13C and d15N values of the Atlantic blue crab Callinectes sapidus from native ranges, including the carbon and nitrogen signatures of animal (bivalves) or vegetal (primary producers including seagrasses and weeds) prey. Data are collated from 48 papers and MSc or PhD theses published between 1987 and 2020, for a total of 90 different locations. The dataset includes the coordinates and name of locations, and taxonomic information on prey. It is the initial input of the Crustaceans workflow, the input of the "Crustaceans WoRMS Taxonomic Checker" service. The only format requirement is that the species names to be checked need to be in the first column with no special character (no “_”…) and there must be an “ID” column numbering the entries (from 1 to the total number of entries in the file) to keep track. The screen reader support is enabled.

It is an intermediate file of the Crustaceans workflow that contains the validated SIA file by identifying the native and invasive species.
