NaaVRE - Notebook as a Virtual Research Environment

NaaVRE (Notebook as a Virtual Research Environment) provides user-centric support in the lifecycle of research activities, for example, discovering and accessing research assets or composing and executing application workflows. <div>The LifeWatch NaaVRE platform is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) that allows users to create Collaborative Virtual Labs with customized runtime libraries, user interfaces, and workflow building blocks, and to conduct research activities in specific domains.</div><div>It lets users to containerise cells of Jupyter notebooks by using such reusable components to build workflows.</div><div>NaaVRE lets users to compose their own workflows and run them into a cloud environment with different parameters or input data.</div>
