Sampling occurs approximately every 3-4 years and targets reef fishes and benthic communities using standardized transects. Reef fish surveys are conducted along 2.5x5 m transects at 32 sites, using two complementary protocols since 2022 to allow intercalibration. Th project generates annotated datasets and imagery to support long-term biodiversity assessment and species identification.
