Seagrass carbon stock model
This is a NaaVRE workflow component / building block that uses stored data from the EURO-CARBON database and Copernicus covariates. It opens and combines a dataset of sediment data and environmental covariates, removes unneeded variables, sets any negative values for Sentinel-3 products to 0, creates a unique core ID factor variables, saves the dataset to use for modeling, visualises the dataset, checks for correlations across the environmental predictors and applies a random forest and generalised additive model.
