The dataset encompasses 4 stygobitic cyclopoid, 4 stygobitic harpacticoid, 2 stygophilic harpacticoid, and 4 stygoxene harpacticoid species. The dataset includes 10 continuous traits (5 morphometric and 5 locomotor-behavioural) of adult copepod individuals, individuals' sex and habitat preference, and full taxonomic and sampling site details.
