Soil Carbon Raster Dataset (COG format) – Andalusia (Spain)
This metadata record describes a set of raster maps representing soil carbon content in agricultural areas of Andalusia, Spain. The dataset includes values for both organic carbon (COS) and inorganic carbon (CIC) at two depth intervals: 0–30 cm and 30–60 cm. These maps were generated using digital soil mapping techniques based on field sampling (684 locations) and a range of environmental predictors (e.g., climate, land use, topography, vegetation indices). Machine learning models (QRF, MLR, AML) were applied to produce high-resolution predictions (90 m).
The data are provided in Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format, allowing efficient access, visualization, and download via HTTP range requests. The service is maintained within the GIS infrastructure of LifeWatch ERIC and integrated in the Andalusian Environmental Information Network (REDIAM).

Soil Organic Carbon – Depth 0–30 cm (COG Raster, Andalusia)
(
WWW:LINK-1.0-http--link
)High-resolution raster map (90 m) of soil organic carbon (SOC) content in the topsoil layer (0–30 cm) across agricultural soils in Andalusia. The data were generated through digital soil mapping techniques using machine learning models (QRF, MLR, AML), integrating field samples and environmental variables (vegetation indices, land use, topography, climate, parent material). The map is provided in Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format, enabling efficient visualization and download via HTTP range requests. This product supports environmental monitoring, sustainable land management, and climate action.

(
WWW:LINK-1.0-http--link
)High-resolution raster map (90 m) of soil organic carbon (SOC) content in the subsoil layer (30–60 cm) across agricultural soils in Andalusia. Developed through digital soil mapping using machine learning (QRF, MLR, AML) and environmental predictors (vegetation indices, climate, land use, topography, parent material). Distributed in Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format to support efficient streaming and downloading via HTTP range requests. Supports environmental monitoring, land management, and climate-related assessments.

Soil Inorganic Carbon – Depth 0–30 cm (COG Raster, Andalusia)
(
WWW:LINK-1.0-http--link
)High-resolution raster map (90 m) of soil inorganic carbon (SIC) content in the topsoil layer (0–30 cm) across agricultural areas of Andalusia. Generated using machine learning models and environmental predictors (e.g., vegetation indices, land use, topography, parent material), this dataset supports environmental monitoring, land degradation analysis, and carbon balance studies. Published in Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format for efficient web-based access and streaming via HTTP range requests.

Soil Inorganic Carbon – Depth 30–60 cm (COG Raster, Andalusia)
(
WWW:LINK-1.0-http--link
)High-resolution raster map (90 m) of soil inorganic carbon (SIC) content in the subsoil layer (30–60 cm) across agricultural lands in Andalusia. Developed through spatial modeling using machine learning algorithms and environmental covariates such as vegetation indices, climate data, land use, and parent material. Provided in Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format, this dataset enables efficient access, streaming, and download over the web via HTTP range requests. Suitable for environmental monitoring, land-use planning, and carbon accounting.
