Three different flux estimates (linear, non-linear and 2-point) are provided for each incubation and gas, accompanied by a selection of best-flux estimate based on systematic criteria of estimate-quality metrics (also included). Fluxes were measured in-situ, using static chambers coupled with portable greenhouse gas analyzers. Spatially, the dataset contains fluxes of 36 different sites, corresponding to 6 different casepilot wetlands and 3 conservation status (altered, preserved, restored), that is two sites per wetland-conservation status combination. In each site, measurements were performed during four seasonal samplings covering Autum 2023 through Summer 2024. Within each site, static chamber measurements were taken proportionally to the areal cover of three strata categories: vegetated, open water and bare sediment/soil.
