The study focuses on monthly sampling of the planktonic food web within and outside a kelp farm to investigate the ecological effects of low-trophic aquaculture. The monitoring examines pelagic-benthic coupling and potential structural changes in the food web. Sampling is conducted via vertical hauls using plankton nets at three sites inside the key farm and one control site. Target taxa include dinoflagellates, crustaceans, ctenophores, cnidarians, and polychaetes.
