At each site, zooplankton were sampled during two seasonal campaigns covering winter 2023 and summer 2024 (eventIDs, e.g. S2, S4). For each event and site, organisms were identified to the lowest possible taxonomic level. Abundance is recorded as counts of individuals per taxon.
