      <para>This dataset contains all validated citizen science records of the mauve stinger jellyfish Pelagia noctiluca collected along the Welsh coast during 2025 as part of the Mauve Stinger Logbook Wales project by Merman Conservation Expeditions Ltd. Records include date, location, and observation details submitted by the public and reviewed by project staff. The dataset documents the spatial and seasonal occurrence of this species in Welsh waters and is preserved as a permanent scientific archive.</para>
